1- Where's my stuff?

Enter your tracking number at www.aramex.com to track your package.

2- What is your exchange policy?

Item(s) that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered, or items that you believe have a manufacturer's defect, may be exchanged if purchased exclusively from MOUSTACHEGROUP.COM at any Moustache store for free or online for $4 by sending an email to returns@moustachegroup.com. In order for us to process your return, we should receive your item(s) within 10 days of your order date.

3- How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is free all over Lebanon for all orders above the minimum amount of $20.
Shipping is for $4 for orders below $20.

4- Can I make an order without regestering to Moustachegroup.com?

You can browse Moustachegroup.com as a guest.
To make an order, you should be registered to Moustachegroup.com.

5- What if the item turns out to be different in reality than in online picture?

All items posted and colors are the closest possible to reality as they can be.
However, you can exchange any purchased item following our 10 days exchange policy.

6- So how do I make an order?

To make an order, register with a valid email to Moustachegroup.com by pressing on the register button. Browse the item(s) you would like to purchase, add them to your cart, then proceed to checkout to use your preferred payment method.

1- What Forms of Payment does MOUSTACHEGROUP.com accept?

We accept both online payments and cash on delivery.
For online payments, we accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

2- Can I cancel my order after checkout and confirmation?

You can edit or cancel your order before checkout.
You cannot however cancel your order online after confirming checkout.
You may send an email to e-shopping@moustachegroup.com for any inquiry you might have.

3- How do I know if my order was placed successfully?

After your order is submitted, you will be directed to an order confirmation page.
If you've reached this page, we've received your order and we are either reviewing your payment information or your order is ready to be processed. You should also receive an e-mail confirmation shortly after your order is submitted with your Aramex tracking number to confirm that we received it.
